Statement of Teaching and research interests:
Teaching philosophy: Student-Centered Learning
"I believe students learn best when actively engaged in their own learning process. By providing opportunities for group discussions, peer feedback, and hands-on activities, I aim to create an interactive classroom environment where students are encouraged to question, explore, and discover."

Research interest: Knowledge Integration in Early Nursing Practice
"Conduct longitudinal research to examine the progression of nursing students’ clinical judgment across the duration of their educational program and into their initial year of professional practice. Additionally, such research could investigate the ways in which new graduates translate theoretical knowledge into clinical decision-making within high-acuity or resource-constrained practice environments."
